Found a bug in our app?

Please send us a detailed description of what went wrong and what you were doing when it happened to us at bugs@lostinthecity.xyz. It would really help if you tell us what error message was shown (if any), and your account username or email address in case the issue is tied to your account.

Is there an issue with one of the checkpoints?

If a checkpoint is inaccessible during a challenge, stand as close as possible to it, then report the issue directly through the app ('Inaccessible location' in challenge options). If you have already cancelled your challenge attempt; you have extra details regarding the issue; or there is another type of issue regarding a specific checkpoint location, please email us at checkpoints@lostinthecity.xyz.

If you are considering making a YouTube video of you attempting the Lost in the City challenge, we are happy to extend your free trial to allow for more free premium trips while recording. Please note that subscriber and view count restrictions for an extended free trial are in place on a case-by-case basis to prevent abuse.
